Option 1 – Try the game
One way to make money on this site is to become a tester. Once you become a tester (more on becoming a tester later), you will be asked to test the game for your customers.
Here’s how it works: You’ll receive an exam invitation via email (see photo below). If you see at this website, you will see a “Sign In” button. This login button is not intended for testers. This is for their customers. So there is no test panel that you can actually access.
Option 2 – Private survey
Another way to make money with PlaytestCloud is by answering private surveys. There isn’t much information on their site about private surveys, but since they said it was a way to earn extra rewards, we decided to include them in this review.
Personally, I didn’t get a survey invite during the test, so I can’t really comment much, unlike the survey you have to answer.
As such, these surveys are similar to the paid surveys commonly found on survey sites, where you have to answer a series of follow-up questions first. Once qualified, you can take the actual survey. And after completing the survey, you will receive a reward.
How will I receive payment?
For each game test or survey you complete, you will receive a certain amount of money indicated in the email you receive. The advantage of PlaytestCloud is that you don’t have to reach the limit to withdraw your winnings. The site pays you instantly for every test/survey you pass.
Payment is made via PayPal. Also, there isn’t really a tester dashboard where you can set up payment details, so you’ll need to make sure the email you use to sign up matches your PayPal account email.
This is because payments are processed automatically. I personally like their payment method because it is a very convenient system and pays faster than other sites.

A 15-minute playtest usually earns around $9. In my opinion, this is a very decent bet. Obviously, the more time you spend on the exam, the more you will earn.
So, answering the previous question, how much you can win depends on how many times you ask to test the game. It all depends on whether your profile matches their customers.
The best thing you can do to increase your earnings is to follow the recommendations given in the trial games. As you can see in the image above, you can actually earn bonus rewards by making sure you speak during the exam.
