But is ClickASnap legit and really an easy way to earn extra money online or is it just a waste of time?
I signed up and tested it myself. We share all of our findings in this ClickASnap review.
You’ll find all the pros and cons so you know exactly what to expect before deciding if this is the right choice for you.
Let’s take a closer look at what ClickaSnap has to offer.
What is ClickASnap and what does it offer?
ClickASnap is a photo-sharing site that charges a fee for uploading original photos. And yes, it’s a completely legit site because you actually get paid for it.
Now, to fully understand how the site works, we need to take a closer look at the revenue opportunities it offers.
Therefore, I created a video to show you how to make money with ClickASnap.
Option 1: Upload a photo
As above, you must upload the original photo. This means you can’t use any photos, screenshots, or images you’ve created.
Now that you are here, let’s show you how to upload your real photos and earn money.
First, you need to upgrade to a paid subscription to earn money from the photos you upload. Ad-Free Membership is the minimum membership tier you can sign up for to earn money from the photos you upload.
If you upgrade to this plan, you’ll earn a certain amount each time your photo is seen (learn more about how much you can earn later). A user must view a photo for at least 5 seconds to be considered a paid view.
A view counter appears for each photo you upload so you can see how many times the photo has been viewed. Now, making your photos look cohesive is another story. I guess that’s why this site isn’t for everyone.
Option 2: sell your photos
If you look at the picture above, there are two levels of membership with the word Seller. So if you upgrade to this subscription, you can actually sell the photos you upload. It will appear in the ClickASnap Marketplace.
If someone wants to buy your photos, they simply pay ClickASnap and the site will take care of the rest.
Usually, when people buy a photo, ClickASnap also prints the photo and sends it to them. Therefore, in addition to the digital copy, you will also receive a physical copy of the photo.
You set a price for the photos you want to sell. You also earn the most revenue (ClickASnap takes 4% of the total cost of your photos to cover service fees at checkout).
Next, you need to set a price for each photo you want to sell. And you may find it not an easy task. To get a fair price, you have to strike the right balance. This will give you more opportunities to sell your photos.
How do I pay?
Each time you sell and view a photo, you receive a certain amount which is credited to your ClickASnap account balance. Then, once you have won $ 15, you can withdraw your winnings via PayPal.
This is the only payment method they offer, so if you don’t have a PayPal account yet, we recommend that you sign up and check before registering as a ClickASnap member.
However, personally, I don’t mind if only PayPal is offered as a payment method. PayPal is actually one of the most convenient payment options.

How much money can you earn?
As we explained earlier, it is the customer who really decides how much you earn with ClickASnap. Think of this site as a social media site for photography. To potentially get a lot of views, you really need to do the work of building a large following.
As you can see, you only get $ 0.007 per photo view. Very small amount. At least 2,143 views are required to reach the payout threshold. Not bad, right?
And this takes a lot of work. If you don’t have subscribers yet, you need to become an authentic and active member of the site and interact with other members to have the chance to increase the number of subscribers.
Choosing a membership level that allows you to sell photos will help you hit the threshold relatively quickly. ClickASnap offers Seller and Proseller subscriptions to help you promote your photos.
But don’t expect all of your photos to be sold instantly. So overall, I’d say the earning potential of this site is very low for most people.
Few people can truly take advantage of everything this site has to offer. And if you don’t have time to increase subscribers to your site, don’t expect much.
Can i use it with my phone?
ClickASnap does not have a mobile app available for download. However, the site is mobile friendly, so you can use it comfortably on your mobile device. Just use your mobile web browser.
This is especially useful if you have a high-end mobile device (like the brand new iPhone) that can take lab-quality photos. This way, you just have to take a picture and upload it directly to the site. This is the best scenario I can think of to take full advantage of a mobile optimized site.
