PCSX2 1.5.0 Optimal settings for low-end PCs
Step 1 Run PCSX2 1.5.0 on your PC. If you have not installed the software on your PC, click here to download and install it now.

Minimum settings: 50
Update Setting: 200
Frames to draw: 2

Step 3: Close the emulation settings, click Settings => Video (GS) => Plugin Settings.

Interlaced (F5): Automatic
Allow 8-bit textures: checked
Internal resolution: native
Texture filtering: bilinear (forced)
Anisotropic filtering: disabled
Mipmapping (Ins): Basic (Fast)
CRC Hack Level: Completed (more secure)
Advanced settings and hacks
1. Select “Enable hacking hardware” and click “Configure hacking” in plugin settings.
This is the best configuration to hack HW
Skipdraw intervals: 1 or 2 or 10 or 15
This is an advanced setting and the best hack that seems safe at the moment.
Step 4: Close the plugin settings and click Settings => Audio Plugin Settings (SPUS).

Step 5 – After using these settings, start the game with PCSX2 1.5.0. Your FPS should now increase.
