What is Tinnitus?
Tinnitus is an unpleasant sound. After adding milk, the term is often compared to a bowl of rice. Your ears may feel tight, but this is normal and harmless. Tinnitus is often caused by pressure imbalance in the ear. Of course, there are ways to restore ear pressure to normal.
What Causes Tinnitus?
Tinnitus can have many different causes, so the best treatment depends on the underlying cause. Causes of hearing loss include:
1. Air candle:
Earwax can accumulate in the ear canal and cause tinnitus. This is usually corrected by rinsing out the earwax and rinsing the ear again.
2. Eustachian tube disease:
The Eustachian tube, which connects the middle ear to the back of the throat, can become blocked and cause tinnitus. This can often be corrected with the Valsalva maneuver, where the nose is covered with the mouth and gentle blowing is done to open the airway.
3. Otitis media:
Middle ear infections cause swelling and effusion and can cause ringing in the ears. This often requires antibiotics.
4. Tinnitus :
Tinnitus can be caused by loud noises, age-related hearing loss, or certain medications.
If you do not know the cause of tinnitus, it is better to see a doctor. They may run tests and other tests to see what the problem is.
How to put an ear ring?
Now that we know what tinnitus is, let’s talk about how to get rid of it. Depending on the severity of your symptoms, you may need to try simple home remedies or see a doctor. The list of home remedies below will help you get rid of ear infections.
If the tinnitus is not too severe and you have no other symptoms, try this medicine. If the rash persists or worsens, you must seek medical attention.
1. Solar or wind eclipse :
Swallowing and moving the ear canal opens and equalizes the pressure in the ear. The movement of the intestinal muscles moves the eustachian tube, which helps balance the pressure.
Have you ever noticed how often you are told to remove your ears on a plane? The same logic works. Activates the chewing muscles and reduces pressure in the ear canal.
2. Ear surgery:
In some cases, the lump in the ear can be lifted and swallowed, drunk, or chewed to relieve pressure in the middle ear.
3. Nasal drops:
This saline flush, also known as a sinus flush, helps clear mucus from the nose and sinuses that can cause problems in the ear canal.
